Learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty granted to seek appropriate legal remedy before the competent forum which in the context of the case is none else than the Central Administrative Tribunal. 2. Even though the petitioner himself is not a public/government servant but is claiming by being in the shoes of his father namely Ghulam Mohammad Bafanda who retired as Section Officer in the Home Department of Government of Jammu and Kashmir on 31-12-1990 and with respect to his pension settlement case the issue of settlement of pension on the upgraded pay scale of Section Officers in terms of SRO 259 of 2007 came to be subject matter in litigation as the petitioner’s father Ghulam Mohammad Bafanda died and the petitioner’s mother as being widow of Ghulam Mohammad initiated legal proceedings before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar Bench in OA No. 271 of 2024 which resulted in issuance of a speaking order No. PNR-I/S-5/2024-25/01 dated 25- 08-2024 by the Principal Accountant General (A& E) J & K, Srinagar which is now the subject matter of the writ petition. 3. If the impugned order is outcome of direction passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar Bench, then the outcome is also to be reviewed in a proceeding by none else than the Central Administrative Tribunal Srinagar Bench. 4.
