Case No. 267 of 2024 arising out of Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 754 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B) (a), 26, 27 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have shot the son of the Informant causing injury in his abdomen. 4. Mr. A.K. Kashyap, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about 14 months. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
