It appears that with the passage of time, the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing this matter. 4. There appears to be no interim order passed in the present revision. 5. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone. 6. The trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the trial and to conclude the same expeditiously, if the same has already not been concluded. 7.
