1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to consider and decide the pending application (Annexure P/1) submitted by the petitioner for
2 / 2 demarcation of his land bearing Khasras No. 255/2, 361/5, 378/3 and 481/2 situated at Bahtarai, Tahsil and District Bilaspur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner moved an application dated 11/01/2024 (Annexure P/1) before the Additional Tahsildar/respondent No.4 which was not decided by him till date and no step has been taken for demarcation of the land in question as requested by the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that if the application is still pending before the Tahsildar, necessary steps shall be taken regarding the said application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, within the stipulated time.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the documents and the application (Annexure P/1) moved by the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the State counsel, the respondent No.4/ Tahsildar, Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the application dated 11/01/2024 (Annexure P/1) submitted by the petitioner and to take necessary steps to demarcate the land in question within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
