By means of this writ petition the petitioner claims that he had applied for certain documents, as provided under Rule 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Abhilekhon Ki Pratilipiyan Diya Jana) Niyamawali, 1999, on 21.12.2024 before the Secretary, Gram Panchayat. He submits that the said application is not being considered and is still pending. 2. Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case such an application has been filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.3/Gram Panchayat Vikas Adhijkari, Pipri (Amad Bhadohi) Block Dhanupur Prayagraj and the same is maintainable under the aforesaid Rules, 1999, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent No.3 by passing appropriate order within one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
