The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submitted that so far, no representation has been received from the petitioner seeking No Objection Certificate to run the SPA in the above mentioned address. 3. In view of the above, the prayer for direction cannot be considered. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation in accordance with law.
