Learned State Counsel appearing for the appellants submits that since the orders dated 15.05.2018 and 29.05.2018, impugned in this appeal, were challenged by the then Chief Standing Counsel in his personal capacity, by filing Special Appeal No.464 of 2018, which was allowed and the orders dated 15.05.2018 and 29.05.2018 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (S/S) No.2573 of 2017 were set- aside, therefore, this appeal can be decided in terms of judgment dated 12.11.2018 rendered in Special Appeal No.464 of 2018. 4. Mr. Vinod Chandra, learned counsel appearing for respondent supports the submission made by learned State Counsel and he further submits that Writ Petition (S/S) No.2573 of 2017 was also dismissed as infructuous by learned Single Judge, vide order dated 07.06.2022. 5.
