Mr. Sanjeev Singh submits, there has been resolution of disputes between the parties. They are back together. He files joint affidavit dated 28th July, 2025. Mr. Ramesh Singh Kushwaha, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent. 2. The appeal stood preferred against judgment dated 27th September, 2022, rejecting appellant's petition for dissolution of the marriage. Parties have re-united. As such, there is nothing left for adjudication. 3. Mr. Singh submits, there be direction for withdrawal/ dropping of the criminal cases initiated at instance of respondent. Mr. Kushwaha submits, his client wants withdrawal/ dropping of the cases. 4. In view of aforesaid, no interference in appeal is warranted with impugned judgment. Parties have liberty to produce certified copy of this order to seek withdrawal/ dropping of the criminal cases. The appeal stands disposed of.
