Case No. 134 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 126(1), 115(1), 109(1), 324(5), 324(6), 308(4), 326(f) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, section 27 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. On 02.12.2024, hywa of the Informant was set ablaze by four unknown persons near NH-22, Bhaisadon, Balumath. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confession of co-accused Manoj Kumar Thakur who has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 1422 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S.
