The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 23.3.2021 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 4240 of 2021. 3. From the perusal of records, it is apparently clear that order of Writ Court was passed on 23.3.2021 for deciding the claim of application for regularization within a period of two months, whereas present contempt application has been filed on 23.05.2025, therefore, it is barred by Section 20 of Contempt of Court's Act, 1971. 4.
