Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Chandrika Prasad, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and Shri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.1. 2. Petitioner wants consideration of his claim for admission to the P.G. Course in fourth counseling of NEET PG-2023. 3. From a perusal of materials placed on record it appears that provisional allotment letter was issued to the petitioner on 16.10.2023 and according to the respondents counseling has concluded in the year 2023 itself. It is, therefore, submitted that petitioner's request for admission or for allotment of college, at this stage, cannot be considered. 4. We also find that claim of petitioner for admission was pursuant to counseling of NEET PG-2023 and once such counseling has concluded long back, we do not find any occasion for this Court to interfere in the present petition. 5.
