It is further submitted that similarly circumstanced persons have been extended the benefit but the petitioner is treated discriminately. Learned counsel has invited our attention to page No. 42 which is a legal notice dated 11.2.2005, by which the issue is raised. 3. Be that as it may, we direct respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to decide the issue raised in legal notice dated 11.2.2025, witin eight weeks from today.
