Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the order passed in Criminal Petition No.1309 of 2025, no orders are necessary in the present petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3. Permission is accorded. 2 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
