Shri B.S.Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not want press second prayer , however, he wants that his representation made with regard to prayer no. 1 made to Settlement Officer Consolidation / respondent No. 4 may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. Prayer No. 1 is reproduced hereunder: "I. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay Ist stage of Pay w.e.f. 03.11.2022, and IInd stage ACP w.e.f. 01.12.2018, IIIrd sage of ACP w.e.f. 03.11.2014 and further payment of special increment w.e.f. 03.11.2007 ". 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may be directed to make a fresh representation which may further be directed to be disposed of by the respondent No. 4. 4. In the given facts and circumstances this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to move representation before the respondent No. 4 within a period of four weeks from today and in the event any such representation is made the respondent No. 4 is directed to consider and dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law within a further period of two months by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
