This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is seeking quashing of the demand notice dated August 31, 2022 and April 29, 2024 as well as recovery certificate dated June 24, 2023 issued by the respondents. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that the recovery certificate issued against the petitioner has been withdrawn on May 28, 2025. In light of the same, nothing remains in the present matter and the same has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
