S.No.32 Supp. List IN THE HIGH COURT 0F JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR WP(C) 273/2025 CM(624/2025) MUNEER YOUSUF BHAT AND ANR …Petitioner(s)/Appellant(s) Through: Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Lone, Advocate Vs. UNION TERRITORY OF J AND K AND ORS. ...Respondent(s) Through: CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAHUL BHARTI, JUDGE ORDER 13-02-2025 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for a while, seeks to withdraw this writ petition given the fact that the writ petition suffers from some factual and legal deficiencies. Dismissed as withdrawn. 2. Disposal of this writ petition, however, shall not come in the way of the petitioners to resort to an appropriate course of action which may include even invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court provided there are facts and circumstances set out to afford cause of action to the petitioners to seek writ jurisdiction of this Court under article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3. This Court puts the petitioners on caveat that the writ petition is not meant to be a space for coming forward with sweeping, generalizing and sensationalizing throw of allegations without any iota of content otherwise the petitioners may suffer imposition of heavy costs in case if they repeat this misventure.
