P.P., submits in this case that police has filed charge-sheet vide C.S. No. 8 dated 27.01.2025. Page No.# 2/2 Since the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court seeking regular bail. The Trial Court shall consider the regular bail in accordance with law. The petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again in accordance with law.
