The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Nitin Verma for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 323, 504, 506 IPC in Case Crime No. 1234 of 2017, Police Station-Sihani Gate, District Ghaziabad. 2. Mr. Ravindra Pratap Singh, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that accused-applicant has been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 48435 of 2017 vide order dated 11.12.2017. The accused-applicant jumped bail and N.B.W. has been issued. He has been summoned from Jail, as he was languishing in jail in another matter. Learned counsel further submits that accused applicant will regularly appear before the trial court. There is no criminal history to the credit of the accused-applicant. The accused-applicant is in jail since 14.12.2023. 3. Per contra, learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but concedes that it is the case of bail jumping. 4. Taken into consideration the rival submissions made by the parties and perused the record. 5. The perusal of the record reveals that the accused-applicant has been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court in the present case vide order dated 11.12.2017. It is a case of jumping bail and due to which N.B.W. has been issued against the accused- applicant. The accused-applicant was already languishing in jail in another case and by Warrant-B he has been summoned in the present case and his bail application has been rejected by the court below. Consider that the accused-applicant is ready to face the trial. Without touching the merit of the case, this bail application is allowed. 6. Let the accused applicant be enlarged on bail subject to furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
