Having examined the facts and circumstances of the present case, we find that there is no occasion for this Court to interfere with the interim relief granted by the learned Single Judge in the pending writ petition. Adequate reasons have been disclosed for passing the interim order. In such circumstances, we do not find any occasion to interfere in the present appeal.
