Nemo for the petitioners. 2. This is a writ petition filed by the petitioners who have solemnized the marriage and have come forward to seek protection order to ensure safety and security of their life alleging that their marriage has left the parental family agitated. 3. Non-appearance of the petitioners on the second date of the writ petition is a pointer to the fact that the petitioners at present are not in need of any such protection/indulgence of this Court. 4. As such, writ petition is dismissed without prejudicing the rights of the petitioners to file fresh petition in case they feel need for the protection order from this Court.
