ORDER:
Heard Sri Krishna Rao Paritala, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents. 2. Challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not providing the alternate land to the petitioners to an extent of Ac.60 cents in Sy.No.147-1A1A of Somaladoddi Village of Anantapuramu in lieu of encroachment made by the villagers in the petitioners land to an extent of Ac.0.79 cents in Sy.No.147-1B1 and Sy.No.147-1A2 of Somaladoddi Village of Anantapuramu inspite of completion of enquiry and recommendations made by the 4th and 3rd respondent vide proceedings Rc.No.B/09/2017 dated 06.01.2017 and vide Rc. No.B/51/2017 dated 31.08.2017 and consequently sought for a direction to the authorities to provide the alternate land to an extent of Ac.60 cents in Sy.No.147-1A1A of Somaladoddi Village of Anantapuramusame, the instant Writ Petition is filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, has placed on record a copy of the instructions received by him from Tahsildar, dated 12.12.2024, wherein it is stated that the proposals were submitted to the District Collector, Ananthapuramu, to allot alternate land an extent of Ac.0.60 cents in Sy.No.147-1A1A for the land to an extent of Ac.0.85 cents in Sy.No.147-1B1

in favour of the petitioners vide Rc.No.B/09/2024 dated 06.01.2017 and the same are under consideration of the District Collector. 4. In that view of the matter, this Court is of considered view that appropriate directions issued to the District Collector for consideration of the matter as expeditiously as possible. 5. The said instructions of the 4th respondent – Tahsildar, are placed on record. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the District Collector to consider the case of the petitioner, pursuant to the proposals of the Tahsildar dated 06.01.2017 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the orders of this Court,.
