Record reveals that respondent No.4 was proceeded against ex-parte vide order dated 30.09.2019. This appeal was admitted for hearing on 26.06.2025 and thus post admission notice is required to be issued to respondent No.4. Ordered accordingly. Let post admission notice be issued to respondent No.4, returnable on 11th November, 2025 on steps being taken within one week. Despite repeated opportunities power of attorney on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3 has not been filed. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of said respondents, hence, respondents No.2 and 3 are proceeded against ex-parte. CMP No. 2784 of 2015. Since, the appeal stands admitted for hearing and also for the reasons that none has come forward either for modification or vacation of order dated 13.03.2015, therefore, the interim order passed on 13.03.2015 is made absolute till the final disposal of the main appeal.
