Jha, A.P.P. --- 03 / 24.03.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Bindapathar P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 310 and 351 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Shri Amit Adda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamtara. 3. On 16.01.2025 DI Pipes were looted from the premises of S.K.S. Engicon Private Limited Company. FIR was registered against unknown persons. 4. Mr. Kaushik Sarkhel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submitted that the petitioners are not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the petitioners were not put on T.I. Parade and nothing incriminating was recovered from their possession. 5. Mr. Sanat Kumar Jha, learned A.P.P after going through the case diary, submitted that the driver of the truck was apprehended and name of the petitioner has transpired in his confession. He has also affirmed that the petitioners were not put on T.I. Parade. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Amit Adda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamtara in connection with Bindapathar P.S.
