Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Tahsildar, D. Hirehal, dated 05.02.2025. Copy of it is served on the Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and the same is taken on record. 3. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court by filing an appropriate Application for seeking protection of the Writ Petitioner’s interest. 4. Request granted. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Writ Petitioner to approach the Civil Court (Junior Division), Rayadurgam, for filing an appropriate Application. 6. Since the facts would indicate that the Official Respondents have mutated the Revenue Record behind the back of the Writ Petitioner, as contended by the Writ Petitioners, there shall be a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rayadurgam, to dispose of the said Interlocutory Application, which is now proposed to be filed by the Writ Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible.
