Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondent. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, whereby the petitioner, Sri Bhaskar Jyoti Gogoi @ Bhaskar Gogoi, has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Moran P.S. Case No. 105/2024 (G.R. No. 1374/2024) under Sections Page No.# 2/2 126(2)/118(1)/109 of the BNS. Mr. Das submits that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated with the police investigation. Since the petitioner has been co-operating with the Investigating Officer, he deserves to be released on bail. Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to him, vide order, dated 28.01.2025 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to co-operate with the police investigation as and when called for. Case diary shall be returned. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
