According to him/them, the differential amount of enhanced compensation has not been paid, though similarly situated persons have been extended the benefit in terms of the order dated 08.01.2020 passed by this B.T.K. 2025:BHC-NAG:12682-DB 120) WP 7142-2025+++ 2/2 Court in Writ Petition No. 5458 of 2017 (Namdeo s/o Mahadeo Belkhude and others Vs. Western Coal Fields Limited and others). 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has also invited our attention to the representations/legal notices submitted/issued by the petitioner(s) dated 11/03/2025, 23/3/2025, 23/3/2025, 22/08/2022 and 26/7/2023. 4. In view thereof, we direct the respondent-authority to treat the present petition(s) as a representation, and to decide the same, in light of the above mentioned order passed by this Court, within 10 weeks from today. 5.
