JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 2 18-08-2025 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that accused persons came armed with lathi, garasa, farsa and bhala and Kaul Mahto assaulted the informant by farsa causing injury on head, thereafter other family members of the informant, who were present also assaulted and took away the locket and mobile phone from the informant and his family members. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case being related to Kaul Mahto. It is further submitted that at the time of occurrence, the petitioner was unmarried but subsequently she got married and there is no specific allegation of assault against her. 5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application. 6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- XII, East Champaran at Motihari or successor Court in connection with Kalyanpur P. S. Case No.118 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. 7. The application stands allowed. vikash/- (Satyavrat Verma, J) U T
