The representations have been filed by the petitioner asking for the site plan of his house and the area in question. 4. In view of above, the petitioner may file a fresh representation before the Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Meerut, who shall decided the same in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation. 5.
