The Written Instructions would indicate that the balance amount to be paid to the Writ Petitioner is Rs.85,572/-. Having noted the same, this Court had directed Sri T. Manoj Kumar, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V. Roopesh Kumar Reddy to obtain Instructions whether the Writ Petitioner is willing to accept this amount or not? 4. Sri V. Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned Counsel appearing online submits that the receipt of the amount of Rs.85,572/- is acceptable by the Writ Petitioner. 5. Having regard to the said submission of the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit directing the Official Respondents to credit the said amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from today and convey the said information to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. 7.
