This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode). 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite Party-State. 3. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., 2023 by the Petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in connection with CRRI P.S. Case No.176 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.753 of 2024, pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C. (City), Cuttack, for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 281/125(a)/125(b) of B.N.S., 2023. 4. On perusal of the record, it appears that the offences alleged in the F.I.R. are all bailable in nature. 5. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that there Page 2 of 2. is no apprehension of arrest. 6. As such, the anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. 7.
