After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars after making necessary corrections. Prayer is accepted. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is further clarified that the Registry shall return the Power of Attorney attached to the present petition, which the petitioner shall use for filing a fresh petition.
