This is an application filed under Section 528 of the BNSS for expeditious disposal of the Complaint Case No.1268 of 2021, Varun Kumar versus Mohit Chaudhary under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Indiranagar, District Ghaziabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a time bound direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the complaint case. 5. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 6. Considering the submissions, the application is being disposed of requiring the court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No.2 Ghaziabad to decide/conclude the proceedings of Complaint Case No.1268 of 2021, Varun Kumar versus Mohit Chaudhary under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Indiranagar, District Ghaziabad in terms of the mandate contained under sub-section (3) of Section 143 of the N.I. Act, 1881, the order is subject to legal impediment, if any. 7. Passing of this order may not be construed that this Court has adjudicated the matter on merits.
