A perusal of order sheet reveals that the matter is being listed for final hearing but since last five dates the petitioners were absent and consequently, the proceedings were adjourned. 3. At this stage, we are not inclined to issue any direction. We leave it open to the petitioners to remain present and participate in the hearing, so that the matter is decided without any further delay. 4. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
