Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 429/2024, arising out of Hariharganj P.S. Case No. 09/2022, Corresponding to G. R. Case No. 1065/2024 for the offences registered under Sections 302/120B/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Palamau at Daltonganj. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 6192 of 2024 by order dated 14.10.2024. The Petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased Urmila Devi, who was murdered in her matrimonial home It was submitted that the mother-in-law of the deceased Urmila Devi, who was also residing in the same house has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 1577 of 2025. It was further submitted that the charge has been framed in this case and the prosecution has examined only four witness and none of the witnesses have supported the prosecution case. It was finally submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2024. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with S.T.
