1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the order dated 22.01.2025 in No. SakaaDa/KaVeKa/Ba/CR- 99/2023-24 passed by the Respondent no.1 as per Annexure - A and
ii. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the notice dated 01.04.2025 in No. EEIC1/BTPS/AMC/01 issued by Respondent No.3 as per Annexure - G.
iii. Issue such other appropriate writ or order or direction as deemed fit under the circumstances of the case, in the interests of justice.
2. A memo dated 31.07.2025 singed by the petitioner and learned counsel for the petitioner, has been filed, which reads as under;
