NO. 108 OF 2018 on the file of fast track judicial magistrate Attur. 2. Both side counsels appeared and filed Memorandum of Understanding dated 24.09.2025. 3. As per Memorandum of Understanding dated 24.09.2025, both parties agreed to settle the issue amicably, and petitioner is agreed to repay the balance amount of Rs.1,15,000/- to the respondent on or before 24.11.2025 and he has no objection to withdraw the amount he deposited before the Trial Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL RC No. 761 of 2024 Accordingly, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited before the Trial Court and this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of Memorandum of Understanding dated 24.09.2025, which is forming part of the judgement, if any deviation, the case will be reopened.
