1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent No.1 to
3. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ in the nature directing the Respondent No.1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 15/07/2025 copy as per Annexure-C and/or;
ii) Issue direction to the 3rd respondent to release illegally confiscated motor vehicles bearing no.
KA 22 HP 3875 and KA 22 HS 5282 and/or;
iii) Issue direction to the 3rd respondent to pay damages to the petitioner for the illegal confiscation of vehicles and/ or;

iv) Grant any other relief deemed fit in the interest of circumstances of the present petition in the interest of justice and equity. 3. Learned AGA submits that the vehicles have not been seized by the respondents, but certain complainants had got the vehicles and left them in the police station. The respondents having contacted the petitioner to cause an enquiry, the petitioner despite a notice having been affixed on the house of the petitioner, has not responded. If the petitioner were to respond and make himself available for the enquiry, the vehicles could also be released in favour of the petitioner. 4. The said submission of the learned AGA answers the grievance of the petitioner. 5. Placing his submission on record, petition stands disposed.
