In the considered view of the Court once the petitioner has already approached the tribunal in respect of an order passed in service matter relating to him he can move appropriate application in the event he is entitled to any service benefit before the tribunal itself and it would not be in the interest of justice and in the fitness of things to draw a parallel proceedings before this Court. 4.
