On perusal of the records revealed that already 3rd respondent herein filed Writ Petition before this Court in W.P.No.19199 of 2024 for seeking police protection to his life and property to put up the wire fencing situated in survey No.190/2 extent of 4.95 cents, 256/5 extent of 0.65 cents, 256/1B extent of 1.60 cents total extent 7.20 cents situated at Periaynoor Village, Palacode Taluk, Rayakottai Sub Registrar Office, Krishnagiri District and this Court directed the 2nd respondent herein to conduct enquiry on the 3rd respondent’s representation and during the enquiry, petitioner also appeared and also assured that he will not disturb the possession and enjoyment of the subject property by the 3rd respondent and also undertook that he or his men will not enter into the subject property by disturbing the possession and enjoyment of the property. Now, petitioner submitted another representation seeking to reject the representation submitted by the 3rd respondent dated 23.01.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 18431 of 2025 __________ Page3 of 4 3. In view of the above, direction sought for in this petition seeking to reject the representation submitted by the 3rd respondent dated 23.01.2024 cannot be considered. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order after giving opportunity to the petitioner herein.
