A case has been registered a the petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under sections 20(b)(ii)(B) read with 8(c), 25 o-i the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1985. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on o3.01.2025, on credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police, along with his staff and mediators, rushed to 'Gowripatnam Junction and found the accused in possession of 6 KGs of Ganja. The contraband, along with other material, was seized under cover of a mediators report. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. The petitioner is in judicial custody since o4.01.2025. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possession of the ---T--1 accused is 06 Kgs, which is not a commercial quantity. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Al on the following conditions. i) The petitioner/Al shall be released on bail on his executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First class-Gum-principal Junior Civil Judge, Chodavaram. ii) On release, the petitioner shall appear before the station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every sunday between 10.00 am and o1.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. 6.
