Sanjay Sijngh and others), under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act as well as recovery/ arrest warrant dated 09.05.2025 pending in the Court of learned Additional Civil Judge/ FTC, Etah with liberty to take appropriate remedy. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. The withdrawal application is allowed.
