Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 7 liters country made liquor was recovered from the an open place. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got four criminal antecedents of similar nature. 6. Considering the criminal antecedents of similar Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50660 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
