By impugned notice dated 29.04.2025, the respondent- Development Authority has directed the petitioner to remove the illegal constructions within fifteen days or if they have any objections, they may submit their objections within the same time- frame. 3. As the impugned notice is in nature of a show-cause notice, therefore, no ground is made out to quash the same at this stage. 4. As the petitioners are stated to have replied to the said notice, we dispose of the instant petition by providing that the respondent- Development Authority shall consider the reply and pass a speaking order, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and not to take any coercive action till the order is passed.
