Learned State counsel contends that the selection in question has already been finalised in accordance with directions issued by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 7136 of 2022 titled Vikas Kumar and others v. In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition, and the same stands dismissed.
