JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A.PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of learned Single Judge dated 06.01.2025 passed in WP No.106039/2024 the operative portion of the direction of the learned Single Judge reads as under; “5. In that light, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petitioner, directing the respondents-State to consider the representation of the petitioner within an outer limit of three months in accordance with law from the date of receipt of copy of the order.” 2. Respondents entered appearance and filed a memo dated 02.09.2025. The memo is annexed with the document dated 08.03.2025 of the District Commissioner, Gadag. The same is placed on record. 3. In view of the said submission and the authority having taken the decision to consider the request of the petitioner, we are of the considered opinion that the order of the learned Single Judge has been substantially complied. 5. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are closed. However, liberty is reserved to the complainant to take appropriate steps in accordance with law if his grievance still survives.
