Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to quash the order dated 05.12.2024 passed by the respondent No.4/Sub Divisional Magistrate,Tehsil Powayan District Shahjahanpur. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that order dated 05.12.2024 passed by the respondent No.4/Sub Divisional Magistrate,Tehsil Powayan District Shahjahanpur is bad in the eyes of law as the same has been passed in complete violation of Government Order issued by the Government. 4. It is unfortunate that copy of the Government Order on which the petitioner placed reliance is not appended with the petition nor the counsel for the petitioner placed the same before the Court during the course of arguments. 5. From perusal of the pleadings as contained in the writ petition, the Court is of the prima facie opinion that hopeless petition has been filed with frivolous and bogus pleadings without taking any lawful ground and the petition is liable to be dismissed 6. At this stage, a prayer has been made to dismiss the present petition as not pressed. 7. This prayer has not been opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 8. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. 9. It is made clear that no liberty has been granted to the petitioner to file fresh petition for the same cause of action. 10 The Registrar (Compliance) is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the respondent No.7/Rani Laxmi Bai Swayam Sahayta Samooh, Village Nahil Block and Tehsil Powayan District Shahjahanpur through respondent No.4/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Powayan District Shahjahanpur within three days.
