The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sikarhatta P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2) and 351(2) of the B.N.S. 3. Considering the nature of allegation and the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged murder, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail. 4.
