From perusal of record, it appears that the injured and the accused/appellant entered into compromise and settled their dispute amicably regarding which compromise deed is on record and it has been duly verified by C.J.M. Bareilly, therefore, in view of compromise it is of no use to proceed further in the present appeal. Since offence under Section 324 I.P.C. is compoundable and there is compromise between the parties, therefore, this appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise between the parties as aforesaid and the appellant is acquitted of the charges.
