Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents No.3 to 5 to conduct the fair investigation/re-investigation through SIT under the supervision of any IPS Officer in FIR No.29 dated 01.02.2023 under Section 304-A IPC or to transfer the case to CBI i.e. respondent No.2 and further to take legal action against the respondents No.6 to 15 and their associates as the petitioner has already made a representation (Annexure P-2) before respondents No.3 & 4 and Police officials also filed the challan dated 19.09.2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the redressal of her grievance, petitioner has filed a representation in July, 2023 (Annexure P-2) but the same has not been taken into consideration till date. 3. Notice of motion. 4. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sumit Jain, Addl. A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.
