Sri Dinesh Yadav, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Shashank Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that now the order of writ court has been complied with, therefore, application may be dismissed as infructuous. 4. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 5. The contempt application is disposed of. 6. Notices are discharged. 7.
